The KDOC Office of Victim Services Receives Community Awareness Project Funding

Money Raised for 12 Victim Advocate Organizations
The Office of Victim Services, The Office of Attorney General Derek Schmidt and the Kansas Organization for Victim Assistance joined together to co-sponsor Crime Victims' Rights Week events that raised $3,475.22 for victim advocate organizations statewide.
Wipe Out the Violence
The Kansas Department of Corrections participated in a fundraising event during Crime Victims' Rights week, donating paper products to domestic violence and sexual assault centers statewide in an effort to assist our partners who provide services and support to crime victims in the community.
